Finally album debut of Detektivbyrån will be released on September 3rd. Title: Wermland. 14 tracks

I’ve been following the “making of” of this release @ youtube, and I’ve been really excited about it. If you haven’t heard about this band check the new 2 tracks they have posted on their website and myspace. For me the sound of this band is the closest to Yann Tiersen (circa Amelie)…. Worth it!

He estado siguiendo el “Making of” de este lanzamiento en youtube y realmente estoy emocionado por el trabajo. Si no lo has escuchado todavía te recomiendo chequees sus 2 nuevas canciones que están en su website y su myspace. Para mi el sonido de esta banda es el más cercano al de Yann Tiersen (circa Amelie)… vale la pena.

In my never-ending search for music that sounds like Yann Tiersen, months ago I found some tracks of a Swedish band named Detektivbyrån, but it wasn’t until now that I listened their Hemvägen EP

What an extraordinary surprise, there isn’t much to say about them, they are a multi-instrumentalist trio and when I say their music is just like Yann Tiersen (in his Amelie phase) that’s a great reference.

Just check at the end of the post the videoclip and MP3s, and feel the music.

En mi incansable búsqueda de música parecida a Yann Tiersen hace algún tiempo encontré unos tracks de esta banda sueca llamada Detektivbyrån, pero no fue sino hasta ahora que pude escuchar completo su Hemvägen EP

Que agradable sorpresa, no hay mucho que pueda decir sobre ellos, son un trio multi-instrumentalista y ya con decir que suena a Tiersen (en su época de Amelie) ya tienen una gran referencia.

Chequeen este clip que encontré en youtube y los MP3 para descargar, de verdad escúchenlos, esto es música que te agradará independientemente que te guste la salsa , el pop, rock o seas alternativo.
