In high rotation we have since last week the second album of the energic band Ponytail entitled “Ice Cream Spiritual”. Karen O you have a rival, musically speaking this band is a non-stop punk discharge with a lot of changes within the songs and with a vocalist that my latin ear doesn’t understand (because she just makes noises) and even though sometimes it gets a little bit irritating, in the end you only want to run naked due to the adrenalin shot straight to the head from this record!!!

Their single Celebrate the Body Electric (It Came From an Angel) es just genious and represents the band’s spirit.

En altísima rotación esta semana tenemos el segundo disco de la enérgica banda Ponytail titulado “Ice Cream Spiritual”. Karen O te llegó competencia, musicalmente es una total descarga punk sin parar con cambios continuos y una solista que en mi oído latino no tiene sentido alguno en lo que canta (porque en realidad no hace sino hacer gritos inentendibles) y a pesar que en ciertos momentos te irrita, a la final te dan ganas de salir corriendo, no del susto, sino de la adrenalina que inyectan!

El single Celebrate the Body Electric (It Came From an Angel) es pura genialidad y representa el espíritu de la banda.
