I'll admit, "I Will Possess Your Heart" sounds tiresome--if you listen to it that way. The first time I heard it, I was horrified because it seemed so boring. The second time, I didn't wait for Ben Gibbard to start singing, turned it all the way up, and lost myself in the music and ambient noise.
