Hi everyone, happy new year and all the best in this 2008 for you
I’m still on vacations BUT I wanted to make a quick post to my readers from New York.

Days ago I read a post on Nuyorker about the current Richard Prince’s exhibition on Guggenheim. I didn’t know the story behind the cover of Sonic Youth’s Sonic Nurse until I read that post.

So, in order to shorten the note, the exhibition finish on January 9th and thanks to an astonishing movement by myself (not been seen by a museum employee.. duuh!) and a camera without flash I could photograph that picture

Por mi parte sigo vacacionando, pero este es una nota rápida a los lectores y amigos “nuyorquinos” que quería hacer.

Hace días vi un post en Nuyorker sobre la actual exhibición de Richard Prince en el Guggenheim, confieso que no sabía cual era el origen de la portada del Sonic Nurse de Sonic Youth hasta que leí ese post.

Bueno para acortar el cuento, la exhibición está hasta el 9 de enero, y en un acto de audacia de mi parte (el vigilante no me veía.. duuh!! ) y de cámara sin flash pude tomarle foto al susodicho cuadro.
