I’m still restoring my dying iPod and I remembered this song, if you are a Sufjan fan probably you know there are two versions of it.
Inspired by Adlai Stevenson, the US ambassador to the UN who became famous for his interventions in the General Assembly during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

You can found the first version of this song on the compilation The Sound The Hare Heard, very acoustic, melodic, my favorite.
The second is on The Avalanche, more orchestral, upbeat.

Sigo arreglando mi moribundo iPod y de repente me acordé de esta cgran canción. Sit u eres fan de Sufjan probable mente sepas que existen 2 versiones de ella.
Está inspirada en Adlai Stevenson, el embajador de USA para la ONU que se convirtió famoso gracias a su intervención en la Asamblea General durante la Crisis de los Misiles Cubanos.

Con respecto a la canción, la primera version corresponde a una compilación que se encuentra en el Cd: The Sound The Hare Heard, muy acústica, melódica, mi favorita.
