I’m still restoring my dying iPod and I remembered this song, if you are a Sufjan fan probably you know there are two versions of it.
Inspired by Adlai Stevenson, the US ambassador to the UN who became famous for his interventions in the General Assembly during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

You can found the first version of this song on the compilation The Sound The Hare Heard, very acoustic, melodic, my favorite.
The second is on The Avalanche, more orchestral, upbeat.

Está inspirada en Adlai Stevenson, el embajador de USA para la ONU que se convirtió famoso gracias a su intervención en la Asamblea General durante la Crisis de los Misiles Cubanos.
