Daft Punk lógicamente no son los primeros ni serán los últimos en tomar samples de canciones antiguas para formar su repertorio musical (dando crédito a la fuente y pagando sus respectivos derechos obviamente).
Es común que en los “libritos” del CD indiquen la canción y artista de donde tomaron el sample, pero uno generalmente no lee eso, pues he aquí un video de youtube donde comparan las canciones de Daft Punk con la del sample original.

Independientemente que su repertorio no sea 100% original hay que reconocer que son grandes en su estilo.

Update: Afrael colocó en stream dos de las canciones originales para que comparen.

Daft Punk isn’t the first band and won’t be the last one to take samples of other songs in order to create their musical repertory (obviously paying the rights to do it).
It’s usual that in the booklet of the CD the artist indicate the source of the sample, but we don’t read that part… For that reason, here’s a youtube video where you can listen where Daft Punk got their samples.

Even though their music is not 100% original, this band is one of the greatest in their genre.
