As Seen On TV: Almodovar’s Volver…..
31 07 2006If you are one of those who watch the great Almodovar’s movie “Volver”, well maybe you’ve already known Penélope didn’t sing the song duh!!!. Estrella Morente was the singer (Penis Cruz lip-synched just like Ashlee Simpson).
This is an excellent movie (even though “Hable Con Ella” is my number 1) and this scene is the best, very touching indeed… sniff.

how can you compare some dumb idiot performing on a live comedy show to a reknowned actress playing a part in a motion picture.
it’s not like ashlee simpson in the least and penelope was simply outstanding in her role regardless of the fact that the singing voice was not hers in those few minutes of such an extraordinary film.
Dude, it’s a joke… don’t take it seriously.
There’s nothing to compare about Ashlee Simpson and Penelope Cruz..
